P.M.Entertainment gathered that before the first show scheduled for Thursday takes place, the main stage would have been extended to accommodate the crew.

Also, some facilities will be upgraded to meet international standard.

Fela’s first daughter, Yeni Anikulapo-Kuti confirmed the development, saying “we are ready to host the first edition of Fela on Broadway. It is a thing of joy to us that our father is receiving international recognition via the play,” adding, “we were impressed by the turn out during the first screening organised by the British Council. So, we are ready for the next and all things being equal, we will have a good show.”

The second edition of the event in Lagos will hold between 20 and 25 April at the Expo Centre of Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island.
