Martins: I'll Score For Eagles Again

Levante of Spain and returnee Super Eagles striker, Obafemi Martins has promised to score more goals for the national team to celebrate his return.

The former Rubin Kazan of Russia striker is among the 11 foreign-based players invited by Coach Stephen Keshi for the 14 November friendly between the Super Eagles and the Vino Tinto of Venezuela slated for Miami, Florida in United States of America, USA.

The former Inter Milan of Italy striker expressed joy over his return to the team after a long absence stating that he is ready to justify his re-invitation to the team by scoring vital goals to help the Eagles soar under Keshi.

According to the former Newcastle of England player, “It is good to be back into the national team after a longtime, I want to thank the technical crew for giving me the opportunity to play for the national team and I want to assure that I won’t disappoint”.
