Gandoki, Seyi Law Shine  

Comedians Gandoki, Seyi Law and Crystals, winners of Star Quest 2012,  were the star attractions as the final draws for the Star Time To Shine Promo was held in Lagos.

The draws, which had Tinsel star, Gideon Okeke, as the anchor, was held at the Okiki Events Centre, Ejigbo, Lagos. It had names of the winners of prizes, including cash, 32” LCD television sets and brand new Toyota Corolla cars announced to the public.

Gandoki set the tone for the night by dishing out rib-cracking jokes. Okeke was next on stage to supervise proceedings for the draws, where winners emerged for the N20, 000 and N50, 000 cash prizes respectively.

Thereafter, it was time for live music with Crystals. With the double act of Atinuke Afolayan and Civian Ebohi, supported by rapper Romeo Ukwudike, Crystals gave a good account of themselves with their hit songs, including Gbe Sun Mo Mi and Love Me Tender.

Seyi Law took over to spice up the night with his rich repertoire of jokes.

The Ejigbo draws would mark the second time that Lagos would host the promo draws after the second round of draws was held at Kingsize Bar, Oregun. In all, seven draws were held in cities across the country, including Enugu, Port Harcourt, Benin, Abuja and Ibadan.
