Pranav Adani emerges 2009 Globoil Man of the Year

Pranav Adani, managing director and chief executive officer of Adani Group Ltd who holds positions including as director of Adani Wilmar Ltd has received the prestigious Globoil Man of the Year award in recognition of his exceptional leadership.

The prestigious award instituted by Globoil India is for young industry leaders in recognition for their exemplary and trend setting performances and contributions to the industry.

Pranav is a Group Executive Director of Adani group, a conglomerate with operations spanning the entire energy chain in india and neighbouring countries in Asia and beyond. He is also a member of the National Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry

He is an advocate of india’s food security and farmers’ empowerment. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and married to Namrata

Pranav received the award based on his proven record of positive performance in executive leadership at multiple B-Suite levels and roles locally and internationally. He has impacted through community programs with his Adani foundations the philanthropist arm which has benefited millions of people in India and some Asian neighboring countries.

The annual event recognizes and honours the outstanding impacts of leaders across both public and private sectors in India.

The event also promotes outstanding leaders and personalities whose impacts have been felt in Indian political, social, and economic sphere.
