The former Chairman National Aviation Handling Company [NAHCO], Ambassador Patrick Dele Cole was removed by the share holders and stake holders through a majority vote P.M.NEWS can reveal.
Investigations revealed that Cole scored 77 votes as against 235 votes won by General Ike Nwachukwu.
P.M.NEWS learned that he was immediately replaced by Gen. Nwachukwu (retd) who was hitherto a member of the board.
Investigations further revealed that amid jubilation the shareholders returned other members of the board namelyDennis Hasdeenteufel, Bolaji Balogun Ian Petrie, Arc Usman Bello, and others.
During his acceptance speech, Nwachukwu, who spoke in the three Nigerian languages promised the share holders, licensed customs agents and the entire Nigerians a new dawn.
Earlier, Cole was said to have denied the speculations that he was stepping down for Nwachukwu and with the outcome of the election, Cole automatically becomes an ordinary member as he was removed from the board .
Meanwhile, Suleiman Sarki Sule retains his post as the Managing Director and CEO.
