The Prelate, Methodist Church Nigeria, Dr. Sunday Ola Makinde, has charged members of the political ruling class to rule with the fear of God at all times in order to justify the confidence reposed in them.
They were also enjoined to formulate humane policies to cushion the peopleâ€
Makinde made the remarks while fielding questions from journalists at the formal foundation stone laying ceremony of the Prelateâ€
Commending the sponsors of the project which he described as a befitting edifice, Dr. Makinde lamented Nigeriaâ€
He therefore suggested that Nigerians should turn to the Lord by renouncing their sins and chart a new, disciplined life that would impress God to turn around the nationâ€
Makinde described the late President Umaru Yarâ€
While assuring the nation of a better, secure tomorrow, Dr. Makinde urged Nigerians to pray fervently for the continued success of the Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan-led administration through Godâ€
