One of the victims, Mr. Akeem Muhammed, a staff of German Auto Centre showed P.M.NEWS the photocopy receipt of N175, 000, issued to him for a self-contained apartment he paid for since 8 February, 2010.
Muhammed told P.M.NEWS that he got to know the estate agent through another agent, and when his hope was dashed on the property, he went back to the agent that linked them. But he later heard that the man had been arrested.
