Pepsi Football Academy’s Ebuka Umeh and Emeka Ezeh have been awarded scholarships to train and school at the Brooke House College Football Academy in of England for the next three years.

The players were picked as the best candidates after about four days of screening. They won the hearts of a consortium of local and foreign-based coaches who attended the four-day training programme held at the Football College in Orile-Imo, Ogun State, Nigeria.

Coach Kashimawo Laloko,  Proprietor and the Co-ordinator of the academy told P.M.Sports that the beneficiaries are scheduled to leave the country  next month to commence the training exercise in London.

“I think these two boys have proven to be good players with very bright future, but I still want to urge them to keep their heads low and make sure that they behave well as the country’s ambassadors in England.

“Apart from these two players going to England, we also have four other players who we may consider to join their colleagues in England as soon as plans are concluded.
