How are your team preparing for the final of Olohunwa Cup?
The players are in high spirits and are ready to win the match come Friday at the Campos Square Mini Stadium. We played some friendly matches as part of our preparation for the final. I am quite impressed with the performance of the team in training.

Tell us more about the friendly matches?
The team played 1-1 draw against FC Robo of Mushin last week at the Archbishop Aggrey Memorial Secondary School, Mushin. This is to tell you that we are fully ready for Oshodi Branch. We are also planning to play All Stars of Surulere tomorrow as part of the build up ahead of the competition.

Can Surulere win the trophy?
There is no doubt that we are favoured to win the title. It will be a huge disappointment if my team fail to live up to expectations. The result of the friendly match we played against FC Robo showed that our team are good for the trophy.

Are the team under pressure to win the cup?
We are not under any pressure to win the cup because the players are well prepared for the challenges ahead.

What has the management done to motivate the team?
The management has promised them good package if they win the tournament. We are going to give the players enough money. We will buy shoes and T-shirt for each player if they win the cup.

What other arrangement have you made to motivate the player in their final encounter?
We’ll mobilise at least 200 supporters to come and cheer the team to victory. It is going to be fanfare because the management is solidly behind the team.
