The management of Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, AOCOED has hosted its victorious athletes at the recently concluded Lagos Inter Tertiary Games.

The college won 1 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze medals. The gold medal was from football after the school’s team defeated Lagos State University, LASU, in the final played at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos, Nigeria.

The Provost of the school, Akeem Ajose-Adeogun, expressed his appreciation to the athletes at the reception held at the school auditorium. He particularly praised the athletes that won medal in the Inter Tertiary Games, saying that the feat recorded by them was a challenge to their colleagues on the campus.

He disclosed that the school was able to win few medals in the games due to the Provost Games, an intra campus tourney, the school organised before the Inter Tertiary Championship.
