Kidnappers of Mrs. Soye Aroloye Brown, wife of the former Chairman of Asari-Toru Local Government Council of Rivers State, who was abducted in her shop located along Aker Road, Port Harcourt, have established contact with the former local government boss and are demanding N100 million as ransom.

Investigations revealed that the kidnappers also allowed Chief Aroloye Brown to speak with his wife, Soye, on phone and the woman claimed that she was being treated well by her abductors.

It is not clear yet whether the ex-local government boss will pay the amount demanded by the kidnappers to free his wife, but P.M.NEWS gathered that negotiation was going on.
