The South Western zone of the RTEAN, under the leadership of Alhaji Medisu Rotimi Akinpelu have debunked the publication credited to the Secretary General of the RTEAN, Alhaji Danlami Novolu whereby he stated that RTEAN rejected the caretaker committee of the South Western State.
The zone chairman, Alhaji Medisu further stated that the South Western council stand by the reconstituted caretaker committee earlier determined by the South Western zone and say there is no going back.
He said, he implored all RTEAN in the zone to cooperate with the newly constituted committee headed by Mr. Rotimi Joseph and urged the Lagos State government to disregard any letter or publication that does not emanate from the South West zone and we want to state here, that we are guided by the constitution of the union.
The association also implored Alhaji Narom not to destabilize the union in the south western states because the national secretary general can not operate independently of the national president.
