A former national boxing coach, Samson Aransiola has advised Samuel ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ Peter to quit the game now before he dies in the ring.
This advice is coming in the wake of Peter’s defeat in the hands of Wladimir Klischko during the IBF/WBO heavyweight title bout. Wladimir beat the Nigerian boxer in the 10th round  Saturday night at the Commerzbank-Arena, in Frankfurt, Germany.
Aransiola said with the latest defeat after Wladimir’s brother, Vitali has beaten Peter two years ago; the Akwa Ibom State-born pugilist should quit the scene now.
“The defeats were a national embarrassment. This shows that Peter cannot beat the two brothers again. He should quit boxing now and do something else that bring shame to himself and the country,†said Aransiola.
The 30-year-old Peter’s right eye was dazed from Wladimir heavy punches which knocked him down in the 10th round. Referee Roberto Byrd then stepped in and halted the bout at 1:22.
With Saturday’s defeat, it makes three times The Nigerian Nightmare has lost to the Klitschko’s brothers.
