A security guard, Mohammed Ali Aminu has been arrested by the police at Ajao Estate, Lagos, Nigeria for allegedly luring a 12-year old girl with N40 and having sex with her.
The Kebbi State-born guard was alleged to have taken the victim (names withheld) into a security post and laid her on the floor and had carnal knowledge of her after he gave her N40.
The incident happened at 7, Airport Road, Ajao Estate where he works as a guard.
After the act, he warned the girl not to tell anyone about it.
The girl is a Primary 5 pupil of a government owned school at Orile Oshodi, Lagos, and was on vacation.
P.M.NEWS gathered that the mother of the victim sent her to the house to buy bags of pure water. When the girl went there, Mohammed promised to give her the money if she agreed to have sex with him. He reportedly forced the girl and had sex with her.
But the act was let open when the mother of the girl discovered that he daughter’s private part was stained with blood. The mother asked her to tell her what happened.
It was then that she confessed that Mohammed gave her money and had sex with the victim.
The matter was reported to the police and the guard was arrested and charged to Isolo Magistrate’s Court for illegal sexual intercourse with her.
The offence was said to be contrary to section 218 of the criminal code.
He pleaded not guilty and the magistrate, Mrs. E. Kubeinje granted him bail in the sum of N200,000 with two responsible sureties.
