3SC’ll Compete For Title — Amoo
The Technical Adviser of Shooting Stars Sports Club, 3SC of Ibadan, Fatai Amao says the team would compete for the Nigerian League title when the 2010/2011 season kicks off.

Amoo, expressed optimism in the ability of the Oluyole Warriors to clinch at least a continental ticket at the end of this season.
He was speaking against the backdrop of the caliber of players that will don the blue traditional colour of the club this season during the unveiling of the squad in Ibadan this week.
“The club’s preparation for the season have been thorough and painstaking, though the frequent postponements of the league have also helped us to play many grade ‘A’ friendlies, which gave us an ample opportunity to test new players during the screening exercise.
“I can assure our fans that Shooting will favourably compete with all top teams in the Premier League and come out with good results†Amao said.
In readiness for the season, which was earlier slated to commence this weekend but has been shifted again by two weeks, the management, led by the Chairman, Joseph Ladipo promised the teeming fans of the club a good outing.
Ladipo commended the efforts and cooperation of Oyo State Governor, Otunba Alao-Akala towards the club, describing him as number one supporter of Shooting Stars.
Meanwhile 15 players were retained from the old squad while 20 new players were recruited as the team get set for their first league match against Sunshine Stars of Akure at Liberty Stadium Ibadan.
