An Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) member in Badagry Local Government Area of Lagos State, South West Nigeria, Comrade Olufemi Ajose a.k.a. Oje, has revealed his plan to contest the seat of Badagry Constituency 1 in the Lagos House of Assembly in the coming elections.
Ajose believes that his chances of becoming the next representative of the area in the House are very bright.
Speaking with P.M.NEWS Ajose said his antecedents as a grassroots politician and activist will give him the desired advantage at the polls.
“As an activist, being the secretary of Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions, Lagos State University (LASU) branch as well as an Awori, coupled with my vast knowledge in human relations with my kith and kin, would make me their choice,†he said, noting that no Awori indigene has ever been given the chance to represent their people in the House of Assembly and now, according to him, is time to make a positive change.
