Ekiti Deputy Speaker, Adeoti Dies

The Deputy Speaker of Ekiti State House of Assembly, Saliu Adeoti, is dead. He died  this morning in Ado-Ekiti after a brief illness. He was 39 years.

P.M.NEWS learnt from a family sources that Adeoti had been battling with an  undisclosed ailment that had incapacitated him in the last five months.

Adeoti, according to the sources, lost both hiswife and mother this year. This, we  learnt, had weighed him down and could have aggravated his illness.

He came into the limelight when he was arrested over the burning of INEC office in  Ido-Ekiti. He was whisked away to Abuja but later charged to court and released.
