Youth Sports Federation of Nigeria, YSFON has announced that the 2010 U-17 National President Unity Cup will kick off on 27 November.
The tourney, which is sponsored by Bayelsa State Government, will be held at the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenegoa, Bayelsa State.
The National President of the YSFON, Alhaji Jamiu Tunde Ojulari said 25 states are expected to take part in the championship. He urged the participants to arrive the match venue in time. He warned that any team which fail to meet up with the deadline will be disqualified.
“We have informed the participants to abide by the rules governing the game. Any team that come late for accreditation will not be allowed to participate in the competition,†he said.
It would be recalled that hosts, Katsina State defeated their counterparts from Kano State 2-1 to emerge the champions of the last edition  held at the Katsina Township Stadium.
