ODF Charges Youth On 2011 Polls
Ojo Democratic Forum (ODF) has charged the youth in Ojo Local Government to come out en masse and vote for Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in next year’s general elections.
The chairman of the Group, Hon. Theophilus Isaac said this after the group was  inaugurated recently at the Ojo Local Government Council.
Isaac said the ODF was ready to work with ACN in order to capture Lagos State in the 2011 general election.
He said the group was not formed in order to dishonour, witch-hunt or to criticise anybody but to groom young politicians to learn the rudiments of politics.
“We are quite impressed with the achievements of present administration in the last three years. There is need for us to campaign for our party so as to win next year’s general election,” he said.
Isaac said what the Governor Babatunde Fashola administration had done in the last three years motivated the group to canvass the people of Ojo Local Government its environs to vote massively for the ACN in the next election.
Speaking in the same vein, General Secretary of ODF, Kayode Adesoji Ogunyale said the body has 280 members and promised that the group will organise seminars to empower its members.
