Youths in the country have been urged to shun acts of thuggery and hooliganism which could jeopardise their future.

This advice was given by the chairman of Ijanikin Youth Movement in Oto Awori Local Council Development Area of Lagos State, Chief Akeem Modupe Abogun while speaking with P.M.NEWS.

He pointed out that youths as future leaders should move closer to God and focus on their studies.

This, he added, will save them from immorality which presently is the bane of many youths.

According to him, cultism, smoking and illicit drugs are common vices among the youths and any youth that grows up in that environment will not be useful to himself and the nation.

He enjoined them to acquire certain skills while in school as means of combating unemployment after graduation.
