A case between the Alimosho Local Government Health Officials and residents of 5, Lamino Street, Egbe, had been brought before the Igando Grade B Customary court.

Absalam L.A., the prosecutor representing Alimosho Local Government health officials said the 15 persons were charged with a 10-count charge, including a cracked fence, no sanitary refuse bin with cover, no door in the kitchen, while loads are packed everywhere.

The prosecutor, however, asked for permission to visit the premises for the case to be adjourned so as to be able to brief the court better about the case.

She also sought for a bench warrant against the residents who were not in court.

The permission was granted and the case was adjourned till 30 November, 2010.
