Dealers Poise For A Showdown With Total Nigeria Plc

A looming crisis that may plunge the country into another round of fuel scarcity is brewing.

Staff of Total Nigeria Plc and its dealers nationwide are threatening a showdown with the management of the multinational oil company over what a source described as an “unfavourable business relationship.”

According to a dealer, in a matter of weeks, we will shut down the stations, if the company refused to redress its unjust treatment of staff and review commissions paid to them.

She said the dealers will soon meet to take a stand on how best to manage the looming crisis in order not to precipitate another round of fuel scarcity in the country.
