Four unidentified travellers were killed in a ghastly motor accident which occurred yesterday at Shagamu, Ogun State, South West Nigeria.

P.M.NEWS gathered that one of the vehicles involved in the accident, an Opel Astra, left Shagamu around 7.45 a.m. for Ijebu-Ode with four occupants. It collided with a truck carrying log of woods at Shagamu. The four occupants died on the spot, it was learnt.

The corpses of the two men and two women were later taken in a road safety Toyota Hiace car to the Ijebu-Ode General Hospital mortuary along Omo Owo Road.
