Reports from Abuja this afternoon say the Technical Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF has named Augustine Eguavoen as Head Coach of the national U-23 menâ€
The team will soon begin the qualifiers for the 10th All-Africa Games, Mozambique 2011 and the 30th Olympic Games in London in 2012.

The technical committee, headed by Barrister Chris Green, also opted for a total review of the technical crew of the national U-17 Golden Eaglets, and is determined to avoid any controversy in the age of the players as this is the bedrock of countryâ€
Meanwhile, the committee approved the programme of the Super Eaglesâ€
Siasia will depart for Europe at the end of the week to meet with a number of Nigerian international players plying their trade abroad.
