Iwuanyanwu Football Club will confront Merciful Tree FC in the final of Alaro Super Cup slated for 26th December at the Nigerian Army Resettlement Centre, Command, Ipaja, Lagos State.
To reach the semi final, Iwuanyanwu defeated Maradona 5-4 on penalty shootout after one goal apiece in full time while Marvelous lost 0-1 to Merciful Tree FC.
Match Co-ordinator, Abioye Jimoh, said they are ready to stage a memorable competition, but warned the fans to shun soccer violence that can tarnish the image of the competition.
