2011: Prophet Abiara Calls For Adequate Security
General Evangelist of the Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide, Prophet (Dr.) S. K. Abiara, has called on the Federal Government to take the issue of security very seriously, most especially now that the 2011 general election is fast approaching.
Abiara, in his new year message to the nation said it is very important that people’s lives and property are well protected in their fatherland so that Nigerians would have confidence to go out and vote when the time comes.
”I have said it many times that killing and shedding of human blood for any reason is an abomination before God. I am using this medium to warn the perpetrators to stop this barbaric act in the name of God. Stop wasting lives. Stop turning many people to widows/widower and orphans.
“The blood of the innocent people is crying for vengeance. Let all political and religious killings come to an end for humanity sake. I sympathise with the families of all who were killed or injured in the recent Jos bombings. May the Almighty comfort and avenge for them,†he said.
Prophet Abiara tasked President Goodluck Jonathan to carry out proper investigation into the killings and fish out those who killed fellow human beings for selfish motives.
