Addressing youths in the 12 wards of Ijero Ekiti Local Government Area of the state during a campaign yesterday, the foremost journalist pledged to end okada  riding among graduates in the area if voted into the senate.

Ojodu promised to provide jobs for the teeming youths, mostly university graduates who presently eke out a living  by  riding motorcycle.

Stressing that okada riding was not their portion, Ojudu advised the youths to submit their credentials at the offices in each of the 12 wards. With adequate  representation in Abuja, he said Ekiti State will become politically active once again unlike the era of political banditry when leaders enjoyed recruiting  youths from Ijero Ekiti as thugs.

If voted as Senator to represent them, Ojudu promised the youths good governance, adding that the bulk of his job will be in Abuja to provide dividends of  democracy to his people back in Ekiti State.
