Premier league new comers Bukola Babes on Saturday in the week 10 match piped Warri Wolves 1-0 at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa stadium, Bauchi.
The hard earned victory by giant killers, Bukola Babes FC over Warri Wolves has been dedicated to the Emir of Bauchi Alhaji Suleiman Rilwanu Adamu and the entire fans of Bauchi.
According to information made available to SuperSport.com by the club’s team manager Alloy Chukwuemeka shortly after the explosive match which ended 1-0 in favour of the Saraki Babes the victory has been dedicated to the royal father who prayed for the team before the crunchy match.
As he puts it; “we thank God for this victory in fact the emir prayed for us and predicted victory for us which came to pass.
“My boys were at their best and we also missed several scoring chances. We thank Bauchi fans, they were superb,†he said.
The win has earned the team 14 points and a chance climb on the log from their former 13th position. Bukola Babes next match will be an away to Kaduna United.
