Fashola’s Branded Campaign Buses Flood Lagos

Scores of branded buses bearing the campaign messages and portrait of Governor Babatunde Fashola are all over Lagos Metropolis inviting Lagosians to cast their votes for the governor in the forthcoming April governorship election.

Twenty-five of such buses were seen at Ikorodu area of Lagos State, South West Nigeria last week when the governor commissioned some projects in the area.

The vehicles have external speakers mounted on them through Lagosians are bombarded with jingles on Fashola’s re-election bid.

The buses were also sighted at Mushin and Agege area of the state. The inscription on the buses is “re-elect Fashola as Governor of Lagos State.”

Aside the campaign buses, posters of the governor are passted at every nook and cranny of the Lagos metropolis as Fashola steps up his re-election bid. The governor has started campaigning seriously while touring parts of the state commissioning projects.

The project commissioning has been turned into campaign rallies as thousands of Lagosians often throng the venues of such commissioning to catch a glimpse of the governor.

At one of such commissioning, Fashola had told his listeners to cast their votes for the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN as they would enjoy more of the dividends of democracy of he is re-elected for a second term.

According to him, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP could not give them what they wanted as the party would only end up ruining their lives because it lacks ideas to move the state forward. He stated that in the last 12 years, the PDP had plunged the nation into chaos and into the abyss as nothing was virtually working in every sector of the economy.
