Speaking with P.M.NEWS at the rally, ACN stalwart in Ogun State, Otunba Giwa Biodun Onanuga said the party was ready to liberate the people of the state from PDP’s control.

He noted that most popular politicians in the state have deserted the PDP and have pitched their tent with the ACN, asking: “if the president of Otunba Gbenga Daniel’s group, Bobakeye, is not with him, who again remain in the party?”

Also speaking with our correspondent, a House of Representatives candidate for Ijebu Central, Mr. Kehinde Odeleye described the ACN as the party to beat in Ogun State.

Odeleye maintained that with the calibre of the people in the ACN, the party was set to sweep the polls. He expressed optimism that Senator Amosun will be sworn in as Ogun State governor on 29 May, 2011.
