Lagos Repairs 242 Roads

The Lagos State Government has repaired a total of 242 roads in the last six months, a source at the government’s office, Alausa Ikeja, Lagos State revealed to P.M.NEWS this morning.

The source said from 1 August 2010 to Friday 24 February, 2011, 242 roads were maintained through palliative or asphalt premix, paring stone, lean concrete crushed stone or application of waste asphalt.

The repaired roads are in Epe, Badagry and many others accross the state, the source said.

It stated that road repairs are ongoing in 25 locations including Jobi Fele Way, Works road, GRA, Ikeja, LG road, Mosan, Jayeoba Street, Shasha, Okunola Village road in Egbeda and Ipaja Ayobo road.

Other roads include: Ogunlana Street, Destiny Street, Oluwo Street, Duduyemi Street, Mushin-Isolo road, Ipaja road in Ayobo-Ipaja, Isuti road, Agric road in Egan, Ipaja road in Agege and Isheri North road in Kosofe local government area.
