Top Actor Lanre Omiyinka popularly known as Baba Ijesha who was involved in an auto accident on Sunday afternoon in Abeokuta Ogun State, Southwest Nigeria is now out of the hospital.
PMNEWS learnt that Omiyinka was discharged from the State Hospital, Ijaiye, Abeokuta, Ogun State yesterday Afternoon after a series of medical check ups .
The doctors were said to have advised that he should be on bed rest for six week so that he can recover fully.
Investigations revealed that Baba Ijesha was discharged after pleas by some members of his family who said he will be taken to a private hospital where he will observe the bed rest.
Yesterday actresses and actors led by Remi Surutu visited the hospital only to be told that Baba Ijesha had been discharged.
Speaking with P.M.NEWS this morning from an hospital, Ijesha, as he is popularly called, said that he is getting better but he is still having problems with his neck and the right side of his body.
Omiyinka had the accident on his way to an event organised by a fellow actor named Mr. Latin.
The accident claimed the life of a 23year old girl named Surat Shonekan.
