P/H Ports Set Pace For Cleaner Environment

The management of Port Harcourt Ports,  is leaving no stone unturned in its bid to ensure that the ports environment is clean.

As part of efforts to maintain cleanliness, refuse bins are strategically located on major port roads for the collection of refuse.

This initiative is paying off as refuse and empty water sachets no longer litter the ports premises.

The manager of Port Harcourt Ports, Mr. Dele Alabi, said the cleanliness of Port Harcourt Ports, as could be seen by any visitor to the ports is not a gift of nature, but the cumulative effect of a collective commitment by management and staff of the ports to enhance the sanitation status of the port.
