Determined to promote the beauty and richness of African culture, the Chief Executive Officer of Rosellas Amusement Parks, Prince Oluwatoyin Ololade has concluded arrangements to stage the first ever Miss Rosellas Beauty Pageant, which will produce the most beautiful girl in one of the United Schools in the area.
Speaking with P.M.NEWS recently, in Alimosho local government area of Lagos State, southwest, Nigeria, he said, â€œwe shall assemble all school children in nursery/primary to participate in the competition, which is slated for 31 March 2011 within the premises of the school. A panel of judges will determined the winners.
Participants will also have the benefit of debate, quiz, choreography, music and traditional dance. Trophies and various prizes will also be won at the event.
He stated further that the children would be allowed the use of the various facilitiesÂ in Rosellas Amusement Park. He added that the ultimate plan is to showcase the beauty of African culture, language and tradition within and outside Lagos.
