Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, candidate for the Lagos State House of Assembly, Lagos Mainland Constituency, Hon. Bashir Odesanya-Oloto, has appealed to members in the state to bury the hatchet and focus on winning the elections.
Speaking with P.M.NEWS at his campaign office, Oloto said it is very important for everybody to forget their grudges and work to ensure the party’s victory at the polls. He urged members to be steadfast and loyal to the party.
According to him, “the Action Congress of Nigeria is a party of progressives and the PDP and Labour Party are welcome to the polls to test their popularity. The same goes for other parties, but it is evident that they have nothing to offer and the ACN will relegate them to the background with a landslide victory.”
On his ambition, Oloto described himself as a grassroots and progressive politician with genuine intention to emancipate his constituency from poverty and neglect.
He urged the people to vote for the ACN, which he said, has leaders and people that are ready to sacrifice themselves for the progress of the nation.
