‘We’ll Kick ACN Out Of Eti Osa’
Chairmanship and vice chairmanship aspirants in the coming local government election in Eti Osa, Lagos, southwest Nigeria, on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Prince Ibrahim Odofin, a.k.a Eleshin and Comrade Andrew Oretan, have said that politics is not for mediocres, but highly intellectual people who know the needs of their people and are ready to meet such if voted into power.
During a programme held at Ikota Housing Estate, Ikota, Eti Osa West, Lagos, all the residents trooped out en masse to pledge their support for the aspirants.
Speaking at the event turned campaign rally titled: “Ensuring good governance through your vote,” organised by the Eti Osa group to educate eligible voters on the need for them to vote out ACN in the coming local government election in Eti Osa.
Prince Ibrahim Odofin said: “I and my partner, Andrew Oretan, have decided to contest in the coming local government election after much pressure to free residents of Eti Osa from lack of good governance, non- provisions of infrastructure and social amenities like school, hospital, primary health centres, water, vocational centre, roads and even public toilets as dividends of democracy in the past 12 years,” adding; “There is even a demonic and inhuman plan to enslave them for the next 30 years through toll collections.”
He told the gathering that “the politicians will come again with money to buy you and the future of your children, but you havea choice to accept or reject them if you really need a change.”
