Three Chinese nationals, Guan Ping Mang, Tony Yang and Lu Yandi alleged to have illegally tampered with oil pipelines were brought to a Federal High Court in Lagos this morning.
As at the time of filling this report, it was not clear whether the court will sit today or not.
The presiding judge, Justice Binta Murtala Nyako was being awaited. Therefore, their arraignment today is in doubt.
However, according to a prepared four count criminal charge filed before the court in suit number FHC/L/87c/11 brought before the court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, legal officer A.M.
