The adjournment was sequel to an application filed before the court by the NSE urging the court to order the argument of the case and adoption of their written addresses.

At the last adjourned date on 9 March, the NSE was not in court when a day was fixed for the judgement thereby denying them of the opportunity to file their defence.

The presiding judge, Justice Mohammed Idris said the matter was for judgement but when he was writing the judgement, he saw a motion by the NSE seeking to arrest the judgement of the court.

Therefore, he had to stop.
