Amunikoro Drums Up Support For ACN In Agege

Incumbent House of Representatives member, representing Agege Federal Constituency, Hon, Kunle Amunikoro has called on his group to canvass and vote for Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN in the general elections, which begin this Saturday.

Amunikoro, who was not returned in the primaries of the ACN held in January, told his teeming supporters, who besieged his campaign office in Agege that they should not believe the rumours being peddled around that he has dumped the ACN for another party.

“There is no iota of truth in the rumours that I have dumped ACN for another party. I would not have done this because of the good things the party has done for me. I want to assure that ACN will win all the elective posts in Agege and its environs. The mandate is that we should deliver Agege to ACN at all costs. I’m ready to die for ACN in Agege.” said Hon.. Amunikoro.

While recounting the achievements of Amunikoro in the House of Representatives, which tenure will end by May, one of the ACN leaders in Agege, Hon. Abiodun Ogunleye, said the achievements of Amunikoro speak volumes of his character and good deeds.

According to the former Secretary to Agege Local Government, “I want to say that the party’s mechanism is enough to settle any differences between our members. I believe in the case of Amunikoro, the leaders of the party are on top of the situation. Amunikoro has touched the lives of many people, both young and old in his constituency. I want all members of his group to let us join hands to deliver Agege for ACN.  “I know we can do it because we have done it before,” he said.
