Nigerian Lawyer Abducted

Unidentified  gunmen have  abducted Emmanuel Deeyah,a member representing Khana/Gokana, Federal Constituency in the oil rich Rivers State of Nigeria..

He was abducted in Guara,his village in Khana local Government area in Ogoniland.

During the operation, one person was killed.

No group has claimed responsibility for the abduction.

Ben Ugwuegulam,the new Police Public Relations officer of the  Rivers State Police Command has confirmed the abduction of the law maker.
