The Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, has described as dangerous and a show of incompetence, the declaration by the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, governorship candidate in Lagos, that he would scrap LASTMA, KAI and other employment generating agencies of the state government.
According to a statement signed by a member of the ACN, Lagos Publicity Committee, Dr. Wale Ahmed, planning to scrap agencies that provide employment for 10,000 Lagosians and their dependants shows that Dr. Dosunmu is bereft of ideas, callous and incompetent.
The statement noted that at a time when even President Goodluck Jonathan is trying to create employment, threatening to scrap rather than copying the employment generation models of Lagos shows that Dosunmu should never be trusted with power.
