'Jega Acted Well'

Nigerians have been admonished to accept the action taken by the Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) Professor Attahiru Jega, on Saturday’s National Assembly election with good faith.

Alhaji Lateef Oseni, President, Lagos State Taxi Drivers and Cab Operators Association, made the appeal during an interview with P.M.NEWS at the association’s Palmgrove office, Lagos recently.

He called on the INEC boss to ensure that all necessary materials for the election are ready before Saturday for the rescheduled National Assembly election.

“We should not blame Jega because he wants to make history and he wants to make sure that the election is free and fair. “But he ought to have announcedd the cancellation before the scheduled time.

“Nigerians have prepared for the election and the change that it would bring, because, we are all tired of a party that has been in power for 12 years but cannot guarantee stable power supply, good roads, employment for the graduates, good hospitals and people’s welfare.
