‘Why I Released Aja Oluwa ’

Radio and television presenter, Adewumi Aloba, has explained why he released a comedy album entitled Aja Oluwa.

Aja Oluwa, according to him, is a comic piece, but has a lot of serious messages that every individual can learn from, particularly at this stage of Nigeria’s democracy.

The comic piece, being marketed by Psalm 23 Music Concept, according to him, tackles the numerous problems facing Nigeria’s democracy and also proffers solution to them.

“The work is full of advice to the poor, religious leaders and civil servants. Civil servants, for instance, need to know that embarking on strike action cannot be the solution to the challenges they are having with government. There are better steps they can take to make both parties happy at the end of the day.

“And because the late Gbenga Adeboye was my role model, of course, you can expect a lot of funny jives in it,” Aloba hinted.
