Parents and residents in Alimosho Local Government have been advised by the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (Alimosho) Area Commander, Mr. Saka Abiola Balogun, to keep a tab on their children to prevent politicians from using them to foment trouble which could disrupt the electoral process in Alimosho Local Government.

The area commander in a media chat, revealed that some desperate politicians may lure youths to cause trouble, adding that only a politician with inferiority complex and lacking the fear of God will incite people or embark on destruction of billboards of their opponents.

He cited the ACN billboards in Iyana-Ipaja in Alimosho Local Government roundabout and some other places which have been destroyed.

Commending the efforts of various councils in Alimosho, the VGN officer noted that Agbado Oke Odo LCDA must be highly commended for its poverty alleviation and youths empowerment programmes which have helped to drastically reduce crime in the LCDA.
