A South African c0itizen has died at Protea Hotel in Ikeja, GRA in Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.
P.M.News learnt that Nico Human, a 35-year old South African and deputy manager of the hotel died in his hotel room on Sunday.
Some of the workers at the hotel, who pleaded not to be named, said that there were conflicting resorts about what actually caused his death.
While some said that Human died from exhaustion after a marathon sex romp with an unidentified lady, others speculated that he may have died from an undisclosed ailment, since he was always complaining of being sick.
However, repeated attempts made by P.M.News to speak with the manager of the hotel was frustrated by some of the security guards and client service executives at the hotel.
While a security guard told our reporter pointblank that his duty was limited to the gate area, Miss Ibironke, a customer service officer at the reception said that the manager of the hotel was not around to speak on the matter yesterday.
Samuel Jinadu, spokesman for Lagos State Police Command confirmed the incident to P.M.news as true, saying that it is only an autopsy report that could determine what actually caused the death of the man.
Jinadu, a superintendent of police however said that the corpse of the man has been deposited in the mortuary, while investigations into the incident continues.
