Artisans Back Fashola

Ahead Tuesday’s governorship election, over 400,000 members of the Motormechs and Technicians Association of Nigeria , Lagos State Chapter, have endorsed the re-election of Governor Babatunde Fashola.

At an extra-ordinary meeting on yesterday in Lagos, southwest Nigeria, the association unanimously resolved to endorse Fashola’s re-election as governor on 26 April, 2011.

A statement signed by the chairman of the association, Alhaji M. Arowolo said the association’s 400,000 members in Lagos would vote for Fashola and all candidates of the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, for the Lagos State House of Assembly election and for the Federal House of Representatives poll in Ikorodu, Shomolu and Ifako-Ijaiye federal constituencies.
