Chairman of Ikeja Local Government Area, Hon. Wale Odunlami has advised Lagosians to come out enmasse on Tuesday and vote for all candidates of the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, during the governorship and House of Assembly elections.
Odunlami made this plea shortly after being given an award as the best performing local government chairman in Lagos State.
The Ikeja council boss appealed to Lagosians to ensure that they voted in the progressives so that they can continue to enjoy progressive policies.
Commenting on the award given him by the Concerned Human Rights Organisation, Odunlami said it would spur him to perform better, adding that the development of Ikeja was of paramount importance to him.
“I am happy that the little I have been able to achieve since I came to office has been recognised by the people. When I came in, I vowed to do my best to develop Ikeja and this has been my preoccupation. I thank God for assisting us to achive.
