Youths across the country have been advised to imbibe reading instead of dedicating much of their time watching television and engaging in other less-rewarding activities.
Pastor Bimbo Uzosike, the Assistant Senior Pastor of Christ City Church, Maryland, Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, gave the advice during a press briefing on a faith motivated book written by the Senior Pastor of the church, Rev. Mazino Ibraham Egbuwoku.
Pastor Uzosike said the book is written to enable Christians youths and Nigerians as a whole to know how to guide their faith and to have supernatural connection with God.
He said the material is made in book form because what we read have the power to remain with us than what we watched or told.
He therefore urged all Nigerians to get a copy of the book.
The clergy man equally said the church will hold it Supernatural Sunday on 24 April and 1 May 2011, where anyone with an issue will be able to meet God’s intervention.
He said the faith motivated book would be launched at the Supernatural Sundays, which would hold at the Sentinel Centre, 13A, Ikorodu Road, Maryland, Lagos.
