In Lagos, four persons arrested by the police for tossing fireworks at Itire area of the state.
In Eti Osa Local Government, a PDP candidate for the House of assembly election arrested by police for double registration and for voting twice in the presidential election in the state. The candidate was found by the police to have registered at two polling units, one in Moba and the other in Alaguntan, two adjoining villages in the Ajah area of the metropolis. Voting began in this area about 12.30 p.m.
