Eromosele Gets 17 June Date

International Boxing Federation/Latino America middleweight Boxing Champion, Albert ‘the Bad boy’ Eromosele has secured a 17 June date for his IBF African Intercontinental Middleweight title challenge against an opponent that will be named next week.

Brilafm.net reports that the Sydney 2000 Olympian has been striving all to no avail to land WBC Middleweight World Champion, German Sylvester Sebastian for a big payday match that could also secure him a world title and a shot at history.

He has since then resigned himself to getting a shot at the IBF African Intercontinental fight against a yet to be named opponent, even as another IBF sanctioned world elimination title showdown with Dominican Fernando Guerrero hangs in the balance.

‘I’m supposed to be fighting Guerrero but I don’t know yet because Guerrero and his camp want more money and the fight to be on HBO. But I cannot wait forever, so I’ll be fighting for the African Intercontinental title on June 17th’ Eromosele said.
